Terms & Conditions

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ZenithWeb ("Service Provider") and the Client ("Client").

By engaging ZenithWeb's services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms outlined in this document in their entirety.

ZenithWeb provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design & development
• AI integrations and automation solutions
• Shopify development and e-commerce solutions
• Domain registration and DNS configuration
• Custom business email setup
• Logo design and brand identity
• Other related digital services as agreed

• The initial fee covers website development along with one (1) year of hosting and basic maintenance services.
• Payment terms — full or partial upfront — will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project.

ZenithWeb provides services on a service-based / subscription model, not as a one-time product sale.

• Any deliverables, platforms, or systems developed will remain active and supported only for the duration of the agreed service period.
• Continued access to hosting, maintenance, or functionality may require or ongoing fees, as applicable.

• Project timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity and Client responsiveness.
• ZenithWeb shall not be held responsible for delays caused by late submissions, feedback, or approvals from the Client.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, materials, and information in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all submitted content is accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.
• Provide clear communication and timely feedback throughout the project.

• A reasonable number of revisions will be provided as agreed upon during project discussion.
• Requests exceeding the agreed scope or involving substantial changes may be subject to additional charges.

• Any domain or client-specific asset will be registered in the Client's name unless otherwise stated.
• Services may be hosted, deployed, or managed under ZenithWeb's infrastructure or systems.
• ZenithWeb retains control over technical environments, backend systems, and configurations unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Client is granted a right to use the delivered service during the active service period.

• ZenithWeb may utilize third-party tools, platforms, or integrations to deliver certain functionalities.
• Any costs associated with such services are included unless otherwise specified.
• Fees related to third-party services are non-refundable.
• ZenithWeb shall not be held liable for any interruptions, changes, or discontinuation caused by such third-party providers.

• Basic support and minor updates may be provided during the active service period.
• Any additional features, upgrades, or major changes will be quoted separately.

• In the event of cancellation by the Client after project initiation, all payments made shall remain non-refundable.
• ZenithWeb reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-payment, non-cooperation, or breach of this Agreement.

ZenithWeb shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect business losses, damages, or loss of revenue.
• Downtime, technical issues, or failures caused by external systems or service providers.

All tools, systems, processes, and frameworks used by ZenithWeb remain the intellectual property of ZenithWeb.

The Client is granted usage rights only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
